This simple, yet delicious recipe for Indian spiced meatballs makes a delicious finger food stuck on cocktail sticks and served with cooling cucumber and yoghurt.

Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Using your hands, roll into 4cm balls.
Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat and deep fry the meatballs in batches of 6 until golden.
Notes:
Ensure your meatballs are cooked right through by cutting open one of the largest meatballs. If cooked properly, the meatballs should no longer be pink in the middle.
