Ingredients:
  • 240g cooked rice (cool and loosen) or any instant cooked rice.
  • 100g minced beef
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 50g peas or sweetcorn
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • 熟飯240克(冷郤鬆散),或即食米飯
  • 牛肉末100克,或急凍牛肉末
  • 大蔥2根,切碎
  • 豌豆或粟米粒50克
  • 菜油1湯匙

Sauce 醬料
Preparation:
  1. Heat up oil in a wok, add beef and oyster sauce, and stir fry for 3 minutes.
    在鍋中燒熱油,加入牛肉末和蠔油,炒3分鐘。
  2. Reduce the heat to medium; add spring onions, cooked rice, peas or sweetcorn.
    調至中火,然後加入大蔥、熟米飯、豌豆或粟米粒和XO醬帶油,翻炒5分鐘。
  3. Add in Sweet Soy Sauce and stir fry for another 1 minute. Serve.
    最後加上李錦記煲仔飯醬油,翻炒1分鐘,起鍋。
