Japanese cuisine has become popular the world over, with its most famous rice dish, sushi, leading the way. It’s not hard to see how these bite-sized morsels of pressed rice have gained such popularity over the years; the perfect mix of soft rice, with appetizing toppings and fillings.
Wai Yee Hong will be inviting a long-time friend and chef, Yuji, to come in-store and demonstrate sushi-making. Please join us in-store between 12-3pm on Sunday, 26th May 2013 to see him work his magic.
Ask questions, and get tips from a professional. If you are a bit peckish after watching Yuji at work, his sushi will also be available to purchase too; freshly made in front of you!
Yuji has had over 25 years in the industry. He has previously run a popular Japanese restaurant in Clifton, as well as providing services as a private chef.
