Description:Yun Nan Pu Erh Whole Leaf Tea

Pu Earh Tea has a history of over 1,700 years, which may be traced back to the East Han Dynasty. The tea is produced from big-leaf tea trees in Yunan province. Pu Erh tea is a loose or pressed tea with a post-fermentation aging process. It is characterised by its reddish brown tea leaf colour, deep red infusion colour, special aroma and rich flavour.

How to drink Pu Erh Tea
1) Temperature of water 100C (boiling)
2) The proportion of tea to water is 1:50
3) Water: Pure water or spring water

Steps:
a) Preparation: Prepare the utensils and the pu erh tea
i) Warm and clear the utensil, pour boiled water into the utensil
ii) Place the pu erh tea into the utensil
b) Wetting: Pour the boiled water into the tea pot
c) steeping: Steep the tea for a reasonable time
d) Filling: Sift the tea leaves and pour tea into cups.
