Description:Min Shi Fu Crispy Coating Mix (Crispy Tempura Batter Mix)

Store in a cool and dry place, keep in airtight container.

Instruction for use: Mix 50g of this tempura flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, to marinade about 500g of meat for 20 minutes. Add water to the rest of this batter mix to make a tempura batter. Sip the meat in the batter, then fry in hot oil at 200C until it is cooked.

Produced on a line handling soya, sesame seeds, peanut and other nuts and seeds.

Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635), Sugar, Garlic Powder, Raising Agent (E500), Colour (E102, E110, E170), Antioxidant (E339), Anti-Caking Agent (E341), Acidity Regulator (E330), Emulsifier (E471), Thickening Agent (E1442), Butter Flavouring (Vegetable Oil, Glucose, Starch, Emulsifier (E465)), Dry Yeast (Yeast, Emulsifier (E435), Antioxidant (E300), Raising Agent (E500).
