Description:UP Glutinous Rice Flour

100% Thai Rice. Gluten Free. Low Sodium. Low in Saturated Fat.

Layer Cake Recipe:
Dissolve 150g of White Thai Palm Sugar into 500ml or warm (not boiling) Thai coconut milk. Once the sugar is dissolved pour into mixing bowl. To the mixture add 150g UP Glutinous Rice Flour + 100g UP Tapioca Flour and one teaspoon of salt. Whisk the ingredients until smooth then strain the mixture and divide into 4 separate portions. Layer one coloured portion into a tray about 3mm deep and steam in a steamer for 8 to 15 minutes until set. Repeat with each coloured portion ensuring each later has cooked and set before adding the next layer. Allow to cool before chilli in a refrigerator overnight. The next day, cut into small diamond shapes, top with roasted coconut and serve.

Free from colours, flavours and preservatives.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
