Sujebi (4-5 Servings)
1. In a large mixing bowl, gradually add 1 cup (240ml) or water little by little to 1 lbs (454g) of Gompyo flour while kneading the sough thoroughly until smooth.
2. Place and seal the dough in a plastic bag for around 30 mins.
3. In a pot, prepare a broth by boiling anchovies, clams or other ingredients of your choice.
4. Tear the dough into small pieces and add them to the boiling broth. Add squash, potatoes or other vegetables of your preference.

Knife-Cut Noodle (4-5 Servings)
1. In a large mixing bowl, gradually add 1 cup (240ml) or water little by little to 1 lbs (454g) of Gompyo flour while kneading the sough thoroughly until smooth.
2. Place and seal the dough in a plastic bag for around 30 mins.
3. In a pot, prepare a broth by boiling anchovies, clams or other ingredients of your choice.
4. Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into noodle widths and add them to the boiling broth. Add squash, potatoes or other vegetables of your preference.

Please be careful, cooking oil when frying can easily splatter.

Store in a cool and dry area. For a longer shelf life, store in a refrigerator or freezer.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
