Description:Khanum Specially Milled Superfine Gram Flour (Besan)
Khanum Gram Flour is finely milled from a variety of chick peans known as chana dal. Gram Flour us an essential ingredient in making onion bhajees and pakoras.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened transfer to an airtight container and use within 6 weeks.

Produced in a production area that handles chana dal, yellow peas, and gram flour. May contain traces of nuts, wheat (gluten) celery, mustard, sesame seeds and soya beans.
