Pancake is a unique food from Southern countryside of Vietnam.

Directions:
Step 1: To prepare the flour
Pancake flour 400g, 900ml coconut milk (about 5 bowls), curcumin powder (available in pancake flour bag), spring onion, stir well.
Step 2: To make the pancake
Stir fry shrimps, thin layers pork, onion, cooked green beans quickly. Pour one big spoon of flour into the pan to make a thin layer, put in beansprouts and put the cover on for one minute. Then take off the cover to pour some oil around cake to make it crispy and brown.
Step 3: To make the sauce
1 spoon lemon juice, 2 spoons fish sauce, 3 spoons sugar, 4 spoons cooked water. Put minced garlic and hot pepper and shredded carrot and turnip into fish sauce.
Ingredients:Rice Flour (30%), Corn Flour (25%), Wheat Flour (15%), Salt, Curcumin, Flour Leavening Agents (Diphosphates E450, Potassium Bicarbonate E500 (ii)), Tapioca Starch (26.5%).
