P.A.N. pre-cooked cornmeal is a unique product made from pure corn. It is gluten free, contains no additives or GMOs and the production process is chemical free, You can make dough instantly with P.A.N. by just adding water. Its versatility and practicality make P.A.N. ideal for preparing flavourful and varied corn-based dishes unique to each culture.

Cooking Method:
Water 2½ cups
Salt 1 tsp
P.A.N. 2 cups
Mix the ingredients. Knead for 2 minutes. Let it rest.
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Form small balls and flatten with your hands into a thin disc, about 10cm (3½ in) in diameter. Cook on a griddle or frying pan over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Slice open lengthways, creating a pocket and add a filling of choice.

Keep in a cool and dry place isolated from the floor.
