Description:Dapur Desa Tapioca Starch (Tepung Ubi Kayu)

Tapioca Cookies (Kuih Bangkit)
Ingredient:
350g Dapur Desa Tapioca Flour
3-4 Pc Pandan Leaf
3pc Egg Yolks
110g Icing Sugar
200g Thick Coconut Milk
1/4 tsp of Salt

Method:
1. Sieve the Dapur Desa Tapioca Flour. Fry the tapioca flour with pandan leaf for 45 minutes until light. Leave it to cool and ready to use.
2. Whisk egg yolk with icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add in coconut milk and salt, blend it for 5 minutes until mix well.
3. Gradually sieve in Dapur Desa Tapioca Flour to egg mixture, knead dough until smooth and dough.
4. Dust the mould with Dapur Desa Tapioca Flour. Put dough into mould and gently knock it out.
5. Pre-heat oven, baked with 150 celsius degree for 15-20 minutes ot till cooked.

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool & dry place.
