Ingredients: Water 2l, Sugar 600g, Pantangwuxiu Brand Water Chestnut Starch 500g

Directions:
1. Dissolve 500g water chestnut starch in one litre of water.
2. Boil one litre of water with 600g sugar to form thin syrup.
3. Slowly pour boiling sugar syrup into the starch and water mixture stirring constantly until well incorporated.
4. Transfer the mixture to a plate and steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.
5. Allow cooling and then went into pieces of water chestnut cake serve.
