Description:Rajah Chaat Masala Spice Blend
A perfect blend of aromatic spices

A delicious blend of aromatic spices, herbs and seasoning for the perfect Chaat Masala.

What You Need:
2 cup chickpeas (cooked)
2 potato, diced
2 red onion, finely diced
2 tomato, diced
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 green chilli
juice of 1 lime
2 Rajah Chaat Masala

Method:
1. Place potatoes in a saucepan and boil until soft. Once cooked, drain.
2. In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Sprinkle over Chaat Masala, mix well.
4. Squeeze over lime juice, mix well.
5. Garnish with lime and coriander leaf.

Storage Instructions: store in a cool, dry place. On opening store in an airtight container.

Ingredients:Iodised Salt, Dried Mango Powder, Black Salt, Rock Salt, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Sugar, Ground Ginger, Ground Pomegranate Seed, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Chilli, Ground Asafoetida, Ground Ajwain, Ground Bay Leaf, Antioxidant (Tartaric Acid), Dried Mint, Ground Cassia, Ground Turmeric, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid).
