Description:Rajah Chana Masala Spice Blend
A perfect blend of aromatic spices
No artificial flavours

A delicious blend of aromatic spices, herbs and seasoning for the perfect Chana Masala.

What You Need:
4 tbsp oil
2 onions, diced
1 tsp garlic puree
4 tomatoes, diced
40g Rajah Chana Masala spice blend
400g can chick peas, rinsed and drained
1 tsp salt.

Optional Garnish:
2 tbsp coriander leaves, freshly chopped, a small chopped onion or red chilli.

Method:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan.
2. Add onions and fry for 10 minutes until soft and golden.
3. Add garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute.
4. Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry for 4-5 minutes on a low heat.
5. Add Rajah Chana Masala spice blend and continue frying for 3-4 minutes.
6. Stir in chickpeas, 200ml water and salt.
7. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes, the garnish with coriander leaves, chopped onions or red chilli.

*Alternatively, use 125g dried chick peas, soaked overnight, and then pressure cooked according to manufacturers instructions.

Storage Instructions: store in a cool, dry place. On opening store in an airtight container.
