Chicken Curry (Kari Ayam)
A Ingredients:
1 cup cooking oil 300ml
1 cinnamon 4g
2 star anise 2g
8 clove 1g
5 cardamom 1g
1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1g
1/2 tsp fennel seeds 1g
1 onion (sliced) 50g
2 stalk curry leaves 3g
10 cloves garlic (blended) 50g
5cm ginger (blended) 50g

B Ingredients:
1/2 chicken 500g
2 potato 250g
2 tomato 100g

C Ingredients
7 tbsp Baba Meat Curry Powder 75g
1 tbsp salt 18g
4 cup water 900ml
14pcs cshew nuts (blended with 200ml water) 20g

Cooking Method:
1. Saute Ingredints A in hot oil int he sequence listed (3 min)
2. Add ingredients B, cook with lid on (3 min)
3, Add in ingredients C, cook for lid of (15 min).
4. Add in cashew nut paste, lower the flake and cook till done (3 min).
