Description:Cloves are the dired buds of a tropical evergreen plant (Eugenia Caryophyllus). Picked when turning from pale green to a pinkish red they are dried to a deep rich brown. Used in all types of cooking, both sweet and savoury, they feature in many international Spice Mixtures from Chinese 5 Spice to Garam Masala as well as in traditional Bristish Cooking.

Store in a cool dry place. We recommend that this product be put into an airtight container as soon as the sachet is opened.
