Description:Bai Jia Condiment for Sour Beef Dish

Serving Instruction
1. Thinly slice 500g beef, 200g potato vermicelli, wash 150g green shoots, 100g bean sprouts and 80g flammulina mushrooms prepared/
2. Properly add the water in the pot, boiled the prepared vegetables and put aside for preparation.
3. Turn on the fire high, clean the pot and add fresh soup or water 800g, then add the sauce pack till it's boiled.
4. Add the beef to the pot till it's boiled, take it out and sprinkle with chopped green onion or coriander.

Ready to cook
Consume soon after opening
