Tepung Goreng Serbaguna

Preparation: 1kg Chicken meat, 2pc egg white.

Cooking Method:
1. Add (A) marinade in chicken meat, mix well and set in the fridge at least 1 hour.
2. Add egg white in chicken meat and mix well.
3. Coat meat evenly with (B) Crispy Flour one by one.
4. Heat up half a pot of oil (about 3 to 4 minutes) and deep fry chicken meats fillet until golden brown. When cooked remove and drain.
Ingredients:Marinade: Soya Sauce, Black Pepper, Salt, Spices.

Crispy Flour: Flour, Fried Flour, Salt, Star Anise, Cinnamon, White Pepper, Cloves, Spices.
