Season 'N Fry

Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash and cut 600g of chicken pieces (wings of drumsticks may also be used)
2. Empty contents of this packet onto a plate. Coat chicken pieces evenly with seasoning mix
3. Add enough oil in a wok so that the chicken pieces can be immersed. Heat the oil to 165 Degree C
4. Deep fry coated chicken pieces in the oil for 5-9 minutes or until meat is cooked.
