Description:Spice Paste For Indian Chicken Curry Madras Curry (Mild)
A carefully blended mixture of herbs and spices enhanced with the distinctive flavour of fenugreek gives this mild curry dish a rich, delightful taste.

No Added MSG, Preservatives Or Artificial Colours. Gluten Free.

Indian Chicken Curry (Serves 4):
1 packet Indian Chicken Curry Spice Paste
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
350g (3/4 lb) chicken, chopped into pieces
2 potatoes, cubed
2 cups (440ml) coconut milk or milk
Curry leaves as garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in non-stick saucepan on medium-low heat. Add onion and Spice Paste, stir-fry for 1 minute
2. Add chicken and potatoes, stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir in coconut milk and bring to boil
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally

Cooking Tips: Beef or lamb may be used instead of chicken. For a richer taste, add 3 tbsp tomato puree.

Allergen Advice: Contains Soy, Mustard.

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
