Laksa Paste (with laksa leaves),
Prima Taste Coconut (Laksa Premix)
Sambal Chilli

Just Add:
145g noodle

What You Need:
600 ml water
1 pkt Laksa Premix**
1 pkt Laksa Paste (with laksa leaves)**
145g laksa noodle (we recommend Prima Taste thick rice noodle)
1 pkt Sambal Chilli**
3 pcs fried bean curd (tau pok, optional)
28g beansprouts (optional)
2-3 nos prawn, medium size, cooked (optional)
15g fish cake sliced (optional)

Cooking Steps:
Step 1
1. In a pot, stir Laksa Premix into 600 ml water. Add Laksa Paste (with laksa leaves) and mix well. Do not cover pot. Bring to a boil on high heat. Add fried bean curd (tau pok) and simmer for another 5 mins
Step 2
Put laksa noodle and beansprouts in boiling water for 5 seconds (or cook noodle according to noodle packet instructions). Shake off excess water and portion into individual bowls
Step 3
Garnish each serving with a few slices of fish cake and prawn
Step 4
Pour hot laksa gravy over (stir gravy before pouring in). Serve immediately with Sambal Chilli

You may use fish balls or chicken slices instead of fried bean curd (tau pok). You may also use spaghetti, linguini or yellow noodle instead of thick rice noodle.

Turmeric Powder, Lemongrass, Laksa Leaf (Polygonum), Chilli, White Pepper, Chilli Powder.
Laksa Premix:
Dehydrated Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate), Salt, Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Yeast Extract.
Sambal Chilli:
Heat Sterilised Chilli Paste (Water, Dried Chilli, Salt), Vegetable Oil, (Palm Olein), Sugar, Onion, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Garlic, Shallot, Candlenut, Chilli Powder, White Pepper.
