Mee Goreng Paste

Just Add:
600g Noodles
160g Seafood
380g Vegetables
3 eggs

Serves 4-6
Mee Goreng Ingredients:
Mee Goreng Paste 1 pkt
Lime Juice 3 pkts
Water 30ml

Garnish
Vegetable Oil 60ml
Eggs (beaten) 3
Onions (cubes) 100g
Cabbage (shredded thinly) 100g
Potatoes (cooked, skinned & diced) 60g
Tomatoes (cubes) 120g
Prawn (medium size, cooked and shelled) 160g
Hokkien Noodle 600g
Extra Hot Chilli Mix 1 pkt

Optional Garnish
Green Chilli (sliced) 30g
Green Pea 50g

To Cook:
1. Heat wok till hot and add vegetable oil
2. Add beaten eggs and fry til slightly cooked.
3. Add onions, cabbage, potatoes and tomatoes. Stir-fry on medium heat till slightly cooked.
4. Add prawn and stir-fry for 1-2 mins.
5. Add Hokkien noodle and stir-fry till slightly dry.
6. Add Mee Goreng Paste and water. Mix well and stir-fry.
7. Add green chilli, green pea and desired amount of Extra Hot Chilli Mix. Stir-fry till noodle is dry.
8. Serve Mee Goreng hot. Add Lime Juice to taste.

Chef's Tips:
You may substitute Hokkien noodles with spaghetti or linguini. You may substitute prawn with other types of seafood such as squid or lobster, and other types of meat such as mutton or beef. When using mutton, do not add water in step 6.

Storage: Store in cool, dry place. After opening, keep pack refrigerated and use within 3 days.
