Description:WoaKieSing Mixed Spices For Old Brine Spiced Beef

Instruction for use: Blanch the beef shank (2kg), rinse with cold water, then put int a large sauce pan with this spices and 2l of water, bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes, add soya sauce, chicken powder, sesame oil to your taste, boil for 5 minutes, take the meat out, let cool drown, then slice to thin pieces and serve.

Store in a cool and dry place, keep in airtight container after opening.

Produced on a line handling soya, sesame seeds, peanut and other nuts and seeds.
Ingredients:Chinese Prickly Ash, Star Anise, Tsaoko, Licorice, Cardamom, Fennel, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Fructus Amomi, Folium Perillae, Sweet Basil, Galangal, Black Pepper.
