Use for cooking Beef Pho
- 1 Pack (24g) uses for 2 litres of water.
- Stew 1kg of beef bone with 2 litres of water within 2 hours. Turn off the heat and let it cool down for 1 hour.
- Put all spices in a filter bag. Put the spice filter bag in the stew pot, add water to have 2 litres in the pot, cook for 1 hour. Season to taste.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients:Stick Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cardamom, Ginger, onion, Allspice.
