Description:Seasoning For Sichuan Dish
Spiced Soy Bean Curd Flavour
Seasoning for cooking

Cooking instructions:
1. Cut 200g bean curd into cubes of about 1-2 cm, boil in salty water (200g water and 3g salt) on a low flame for 2-3 minutes. Strain off the water and set aside. Prepare 20g chopped meat and cut 20g garlic sprouts into pieces for later use
2. Heat 30-50g edible oil in a wok, heat to 80% done. Add the chopped meat, stir-fry until it gives off fragrance, add the seasoning and bean curd, stir-fry for a little moment, then add 50-60g water, boil 4-5 minutes
3. Dissolve corn starch in water, add garlic sprouts, mix well, the dish is ready. A right amount of Chinese prickly ash powder could be added according to your personal taste.
