Description:McCormick Szechuan Style Shui Zhu Niu Rou Seasoning (Water Cooked Beef)

Edible method:
(1) Cross cut 300g beef into thin slices
(2) Mix McCormick Shui Zhu Niu Rou Seasoning with 2 tablespoons of water and make into a paste (A).
(3) Heat 8 tablespoons for cooking oil. Boil and saute cabbage (100g) for a few minutes.
(4) Add paste (A), stir fry for 30 seconds, then add 150g water, boil. Add beef and let simmer until done.

Optional: Other meat like pork or fish may be used in place of beef.

Ingredients:Maltodextrin, Salt, Food Additives (Flavour Enhancer, Anti-caking Agent, Paprika Red), Spices, Garlic, Onion, Red Pepper & Extractives, Sugar, Starch, Soy Bean Paste Powder.
