Originally from the Northwest of India, rich in colour and fragrant spices, Chicken-In-Rice is probably the best known dish prepared in this style. Lobo features an easy way, just switch on your electric rice cooker.

Spicy Chicken-In-Rice (Serves 4)
1. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken parts
2. Rub chicken with contents of 1 packet, marinate for 15 minutes
3. Put 300g rice in automatic rice cooker. Add chicken parts and combine gently, Add adequate water
4. Turn on the cooker. Serve hot with cucumber
For 8 servings, use 2 packets and double all other ingredients.

Store in a cool dry place.
