Description:Tiger Tiger Tamarind Concentrate
Distinctive sour and fruity flavour
Made from the dark, sticky fruit of the Tamarind tree. It has a distinctive sour and fruity taste. Use in dressings, sauces and stews.

No artificial colours or flavours, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks.
Ingredients:Tamarind Seedless (80%), Water, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Sugar, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Preservative (Sodium Benzoate).
