1 packet Ginseng Herbal Soup Mix
800g-1kg chicken (duck or others), cut to preferred size
1500ml (6 rice bowls) water
Salt to taste.

Cooking Methods:
Put in 2 filter bags (do not open filter bag) and chicken into boiling water.
Simmer at least 1 hour.
