Description:Hokkien Prawn Noodles Paste
Ready in 15 minutes

Cooking Instructions:
Add 1.5 Litres water and 650g pork spare ribs to Hokkien Prawn Noodle Paste and cook on med flame for 30 mins. Remove spare ribs and let it cool. Cook prawn meat in the same soup and remove. Add salt and sugar to taste. In a separate pot, boil water. Using a deep seive, boil yello egg noodle (Hokkien noodle) and rice vermicelli (mai fun), beanshoot and spinaceh (kangkong). Put into a bowl, add Hokkien Prawn Noodle soup and garnish with fried shallot.

Storage Condition: STore any unused portions in refrigerator.
