Description:Baiweizhai Hot Pot Seasoning Paste (Korean Style)

Hotpot seasoning of beef and mutton concentrated flavouring is produced by Baiweizhai. The product has Chongqing relish such as peppery, hot, fresh, delicious, sweet but no greasy. It can be used for chaffy dish restaurant and family make fat-ox chaffy dish, fish chaffy dish, etc, so it is praised for 'The first pan of the world'.

Cooking Directions:
1. Add 0.5-1 kg water (chicken soup is better) and condiment to boil
2. It is better first boiling meats then boiling vegetables

Storage: Put it int a cool and dry place.
Ingredients:Vegetable Oil, Chilli, Broad Bean Paste (Water, Broad Bean, Salt, Wheat Flour), Salt, Mushroom, Ginger, Chinese Prickly Ash, Fennel, Pepper, Jujube, Wolfberry Spice, Food Additive (Disodium 5'-Ribonucleotide).
