Description:Use this mix to make wonderful instant miso soup, with flavourful and fully aged soybean paste (red type). Please try the other Hanamaruki soups including Shiro Miso Soup (soybean paste soup (white type)), Tofu Miso Soup (bean curd soup) and Osuimono (clear soup).

Directions: Empty the contents of one packet into a mug or small shallow bowl. Stir in 2/3 cup of boiling water, or more, according to taste.
