Savoury miso flavoured Japanese traditional style hot pot soup base blended dried bonito, kelp and spiciness of red chilli pepper.

How to cook
1. Pour the soup base into a pot and bring to a boil, then add fish.
2. Add ingredients and simmer for 5-10 mins.
