Savoury soy sauce flavoured Japanese traditional style hot pot soup base blended dried bonito, kelp and sweetness of mirin, added spiciness of black and red chilli pepper.

How to cook
1. Pour the soup base into a pot and bring to a boil, then add meat.
2. Add ingredients and simmer for 5-10 mins.
