This soup base is prepared from a range of chilli peppers, Sichuan peppers and other spices to provide an authentic Sichuan spiciness, numbness and aroma. This concentrated soup base is ideal for hot pot, noodles and Sichuan dishes such as Sichuan style poached fish in chilli sauce.

Serving Suggestions
1 sachet + 1.5l (6 cups) water for hot pot
Or same dilution as above to serve 4-6 as noodle soup base.
