Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Seafood Soup Base
This soup base is prepared from dried shrimps, dried scallops, and shallot for its umami taste. This concentrated soup base is ideal for hot pot, noodles and to make congee or risotto dishes.

Serving Suggestions
1 Sachet + 1.5l (6 cups) water for hot pot
Or same dilution as above ro serve 4-6 as soup base for noodle or congee.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
