Description:Produced by Shijixiang Packinghouse in Jiangbei district of Chongqing after a long time practicing and researching, Chongqing Nanbin Tasty Chicken Condiment integrates the characteristics of the Chongqing style cooking chicken and frish: spicy, hot, fresh and savoury. The product has such features as hot but not dry, fresh but not greasy, and having a full-bodied and lingering nice taste.

Instruction:
Fry teh sauce with 200g vegetable oil until the fragrance is smelled; add 1kg water and put about 1kg chicken meat into the pot until it is ready. No other ingredient needed. The product can also be used as cooking sauce for Bloodcurd hotpot, Mapo Tofu (Tingle Flavour Beancurd), Crucian etc.

Ingredients:Vegetable Oil, Thick-Broad Bean, Chilli, Dry Ginger, Garlic, Preserved Chilli, Preserved Ginger, Salt, Chinese Prickly, Cooking Wine, Spices.
