3 Step to make delicious hotpot
Put one small piece of the hotpot seasoning into 500g water or soup-stock (stock is better).
Put two pieces of ginger slices and two sections of scallion into the soup base, you can add some dried red peppers or dried chillies if you like more hot & spicy flavour.
When the water boiled, pouring into meat and vegetables you like, cooking thoroughly and ready for eating.
This product can also be used for cooking dishes (braised pork ribs, braised beef, braised chicken, etc).
