Cooking Directions:
For broth, dissolve 1 cube in 1 litre of boiling water. For more concentrated broth, dissolve 2 cubes in 1 litre of boiling water.
What You'll Need:
1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 pc onion (chopped), 4 cloves garlic (chopped), 3-inch pc ginger (chopped), 1 kilo tilapia (cleaned), 3 cups water, 2 pcs Knorr Tamarind Broth cubes, 1 cup coconut milk, 2 pcs finger chilli (siling haba), 1/4 cup kinchay (chopped) or malunggay leaves, 2 tbsp toasted garlic, fish sauce to taste
Now Let's Cook:
Saute onions, garlic and ginger. Add water, then bring to a boil. Add in coconut milk, fish, Knorr Tamarind Broth cubes and chilli. Simmer until fish is cooked. Add kinchay, simmer for a minute. Adjust according to taste. Serve with toasted garlic.
