Description:Aroy-D Tom Yum Paste

Recipe: (For 2-3 Persons)
1. Boil 2 cups (440g) of water, when it is boiled put 2 ¾ tablspoons (50g) of curry paste.
2. Put ¼ cup (15g) of galangal, ½ (30g) of lemongrass and ¾ cup (50g) of mushrooms, then keep boiling.
3. Wait until it is boiled just put 1 cup (200g) of shrimps or your favourite meat (turn off the heat when it is boiled).
4. Pour ½ tablespoon (7.5g) of fish sauce and ½ tablespoon (7.5g) of lime juice or as preferred.
5. Before serving just put 2-3 leaves of kaffir line leaves and some well cut coriander leaves.

Store in the refrigerator after opening.
