Description:Lee Brand Vegetable Broth Mix

Directions:
- For soup stock (2 teaspoons : 1 cup of boiling water)
- For frying with rice, rice noodles, vegetables.

Vegetable Soup
- Pour 2 cups (450ml) water into the pot, heat until boiling.
- Add 4 teaspoons (20g) Vegetable Broth Mix, stir together.
- Add ½ cup (100g) diced soft tofu (about 1cm pieces), return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 3 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Add vegetable as required. Pour into a bowl, serve while hot. Makes 2 servings.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep in a cool dry place and use within 60 days.
