3 Lemons
200g Granulated sugar
1.25L cold water

Pop the lemons (rind and all), sugar and 500ml of water into a food processor. Whizz away until the lemons are finely chopped.

Pour mixture through a sieve over a bowl, then press through as much juice as you can.

Top up with the rest of the water and serve with ice and fruit slice
