Authentically brewed in Shaoxing

To make Drunken Chicken brine (for 500g chicken), mix:
150ml Yutaka Shaoxing Wine
100ml Chicken Stock
1 tsp sugar
Add salt to your taste.

Shake well before use as a natural sediment may form in this product during storage.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
