Description:East Asia Brand Dried King Oyster Mushroom Slices

Direction: Dipping cold water for about 30 minutes, and wash before cooking.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.

Usage:
Rinse with water.
Trim off the stem, then soak in warm water until it is tender. It can be cooked once it is tender. However, it should be refrigerated if it is required on a later date.
