Description:East Asia Brand Dried Shiitake Mushrooms

Direction:
1. Rinse mushrooms with water.
2. Trim off the stem, then soak the mushrooms in warm water until they are tender when squeezed. The mushrooms can be prepared and cooked once they are tender. Keep refrigerate once rehydrated and use within 3 days.
3. The soaked mushroom water is rich in nutrition, which can be used in cooking.

Storage: Store in cool and dry place, keep away from humidity.
