Description:East Asia Brand Almond & Cole Soup Base

Direction: Wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Put all ingredients together in a stock pot. You can also add pork or skinless chicken if desire. Pour 8-10 bowl (2-3 litre) of water and bring to boil. Once boiled, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serves 4-5.

Store in cool and dry place, away from humidity.

Ingredients:Dehydrated Cole (47%), Almonds (8%), Lily Pulp (11%), Lotus Seed (11%), Candied Jujube (23%), Preservatives (E220).
