Description:East Asia Brand Bawang Flower & Almond Soup Base (Barwong)

Direction: Wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Put all ingredients together in a stock pot, You can also add pork or skinless chicken if desire. Pour 8-10 bowls (2-3 litre) of water and bring to boil. Once boiled, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serves 4-5.

Storage: Store in cool and dry place, away from humidity.

Ingredients:Bawang Flowers (40%), Jujube (25%), Almonds (12%), Lily Pulp (10%), Dried Orange Peel (3%), Jade Bamboo (10%), Preservatives (E220).
