Description:Lao Zi Hao BQDS Nourishing Soup Pack (Bei Qi Dang Shen)

Keep in cool and dry place.
Wash before use.

Cooking Method: Wash all ingredients and place it into pot.
Add approximately 1kg of meat (either chicken, pork, turkey, duck or other).
For vegetarian option, you can substitute the meat with mushroom.
Add 2 litre of water and bring to boil.
Once it is boiling, simmer for 2 hours.
Add salt according to taste.
Best served warm.

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight.
Store in cool, dry place.

Ingredients:Sweet Date, Knotty Yam, Goji Berry, Milkvetch, Codonopsis, Longgan Pulp.
