Description:Brotherhood Brand Ginseng Root & Pear Soup Stock

Cooking Directions:
1. Wash ingredients (one third for each serving)
2. Place in a pot along with pork or skinless chicken
3. Add 8 bowls of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 hours
4. Add salt to taste
5. If using an electric cooker, use 7 bowls of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 hours
