Description:East Asia Brand Ginseng Root & White Fungus Soup Stock

Direction: Wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Put all ingredients together in a stock pot. You can also add pork or skinless chicken if desire. Pour 8-10 bowls (2-3 litre) or water and bring to boil. Once boiled, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serves 4-5.

Storage: Store in cool and dry place, away from humidity.
Ingredients:Chinese Yam (45%), White Fungus (23%), Ginseng Root (12%), Almonds (20%).
